I managed to miss green bin day again. I'd probably miss all the bin days if it weren't for our neighbour putting the brown one out, and randomly borrowing it. She did ask first. Meh. I'm really annoyed at myself for that actually, because it's not like it's the hardest thing in the world to remember - I even asked next door if I could borrow theirs to get rid of the extra bits that won't fit in ours. Grr. That means either I put the extra bags in the brown bin for tomorrow and make sure the green one's round the front again, or I leave a huge mess in the back garden for Ste to deal with, not to mention for anyone to see who comes round.
We bought some disposeable barbeques, because if all goes to plan we will have some people round on Friday. This is possibly a Big Step, since Ste's never let anyone into his house in all the time I've been here, except one or two of my friends and a salesman (d'oh).
Today I need to take my euphonium to Preston because ARGH IT IS BROKEDED and yesterday I was violently sick whilst meant to be going. I also need to do some shopping, and seeing my mate Duppi would not go amiss. This may all be difficult without a car, however we did get £270 for it :) well, less comission.
To those who are interested, this is the second time there's been a problem with the euph in two, maybe three months. The mouthpiece tube has come loose at both ends. Disturbingly, it still plays fine - it broke just before the interval of our concert on Sunday and I stuck a lacky band round it for the second half, including a duet with Ms Geoghegan. But it wobbles and is obviously not good. So we're taking it back to the shop again, and John North reckons it'll only be a couple of days for him to fix it. Ho-hum.

Rob on Monday is not the best plan, because hum and me haven't spoken for a year and the last time we did speak, it was unpleasant. I'd rather not get into all that again, if possible.
OTHER THAN THAT THOUGH I AM TOTALLY FREE LIEK WHOA. I have to stop saying that. How does... um... Tuesday grab you?
