I was very angry when i first got onto the computer. It didn't boot the first three tries. That was just the icing on the cake, really - there's so much washing to do, and it smells... Steve tried to do a load but he mixed it all up and put way too much in, and it's just icky. Not really clean. So I need to sort out that before I can start on my own from London, and I need to at least do some jeans before I can leave for Edinburgh. Bleah.

Also, while I am glad we will have decent fridging and cooking facilities, I'm still not impressed by the "meal plan", which includes no lunch and only about three meals I can actually join in. So I may as well make my own, eh? Take my own food and bollocks to everyone else? Because that works so well. And makes me really, really happy.

Grrrr.

Have you considered saying 'Bollocks, he's more than old enough to do his own laundry' or at the very least doing your own first? I also suggest a careful, step by step training programme on how to use the washing machine to best effect, just to get around the sneaky 'if I do it really badly I won't have to do it again' technique some people use.

I was planning on training his three year old to do it for us. Then when I leave, said child can point out his mistakes.
