at the time, everyone in the world. things are slightly better now. basically i've gone from dealing with my own depression/desparation, to feeling a little better, to dealing with his depression. and he hasn't done this before, hasn't read about it, doesn't know how to try to find his way out, and can be markedly aggressive when he disagrees about something (hence, whilst dealing with my own depression, i wasn't capable of dealing with his). so it's difficult. but we'll see what happens.
Well, I'm glad to hear you're feeling a bit better. Try not to over-extend yourself straight away, but obviously I realise it's hard to sit by and watch someone you love being miserable. Good luck with it. xx

And yes, good luck with it. Remember to keep your own boundaries strong. You can help him find his way out, but you can't lead him out.
