Given that my uncle died yesterday and a friend of mine died today, I think it's entirely possible I could get an extension on some work I'm supposed to be doing.
I'm also playing a concert tonight. Highlights of the rehearsal include me quickly checking my phone and McCann saying "I hope you're not checking your phone in rehearsal, or we'll be doing this with two." Myself being highly tempted to reply, "Fine. Since my uncle died yesterday, I'll happily get a train home now rather than tomorrow." I mean, I could've just not been there at all. Many people would.

I'm miserable. I want to hibernate, with cake.
