Whee, I may have found somewhere to live for the next few months. Going looking at it tomorrow - the stated deposit is pretty high, but the guy seems fairly laid-back, so I guess we'll see.

no deposit, and the house is lovely, in a really beautiful area too. the room itself is tiny and mum's worried about security but i have a good feeling about it. i'll check out another couple of places but if i don't like the housemates i know i've got one option open.
